To delete personal data, the User must send a corresponding request to the Company's email. In such a case, the User's personal data will be deleted within 10 business days from the receipt of the request by the Company.

Selection of Desired Products, Placing and Receiving an Order by the User

Through the Website, the User navigates to the main page, from where they can access various information using navigation buttons.

Using the navigation buttons, the User selects the desired product category, after which they are able to filter data by product characteristics, discounts, and/or other offered parameters.

By clicking the "Add to Cart" button, the User selects and places the desired product in their shopping cart.

Before completing the purchase procedure, the User specifies the following information about themselves in the designated fields on the relevant page: Personal Identification Number or Identification Code, Mobile Phone Number, Actual Address, preferred delivery and payment methods. After filling out these fields, the Buyer is given the opportunity to complete the purchase procedure.

After filling out the fields on the checkout page and clicking the payment button, the User will be redirected to the settlement page, where various service fees may be added to the cost of the product.

After submitting an order, you may receive a confirmation of receipt of the order ("Order Confirmation"). This Order Confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the contract; it merely contains all necessary information regarding the order.

Product orders are subject to availability. If there are difficulties regarding product delivery or if an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to order substitute products, we will refund the amount paid for the item in accordance with this Agreement.

We are under no obligation to conclude a contract based on your order. We reserve the right to refuse an order (e.g., if the ordered item is no longer available at the time of order).

An item selected by the User via the Website is considered purchased, and ownership of the item passes to the User once the item is delivered by the Company to the User or a trusted person authorized by the User (identity noted in the comment field) at the specified delivery location, and the recipient confirms receipt with a signature.

The Company is entitled, unilaterally and at its discretion, to cancel an order placed by the User.

If the Company cancels a purchase made by the User, the Company is obliged to refund the User the exact amount paid prior to the cancellation, to the same account.

An order may be adjusted through telephone communication with the User, and the User confirms additional deductions or refunds for price differences during the phone call with the Company's operator.

The Company's working hours are 10:00–18:00. If the User places an order after 18:00, the order will be received and processed on the next business day.

If the purchased product turns out to be defective, the consumer has the right to request the Company to eliminate the defect (repair or replace the goods free of charge, reduce the price) or withdraw from the contract.

Repair and replacement of goods are primary rights of the consumer.

The consumer has the right to request the Company to repair or replace the goods free of charge, unless this is impossible due to the nature of the goods or requires disproportionate or unreasonably high costs, or if an identical item is no longer in stock.

Goods must be repaired or replaced within a reasonable timeframe without significant inconvenience to the consumer, taking into account the nature of the goods and the purpose for which they were purchased.

Free repair or replacement means the Company bears all necessary expenses (including postage, labor, and material costs) required to ensure compliance of the goods with the contract terms.

The consumer has the right to request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract if any of the following conditions exist:

  • Repair or replacement of the goods is impossible;

  • The Company did not repair or replace the goods within a reasonable timeframe, and the consumer lost interest in contract performance;

In case of contract withdrawal, the consumer has the right to claim compensation for damages caused by non-performance under Georgian law.

The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the defect is minor.

When determining whether expenses are disproportionate or unreasonably high, the following conditions shall be taken into account:

  • The value of the goods or services if compliant with contract conditions;

  • The degree of non-compliance of the goods or services;

  • Alternative possibilities for eliminating the defect without causing inconvenience to the consumer.

The consumer has the right to exercise the aforementioned rights within 14 calendar days.

Repair and replacement are primary rights. The consumer may demand free repair or replacement unless impossible or disproportionately expensive. The consumer cannot withdraw if the defect is minor. In assessing costs: a) product value if compliant; b) degree of non-compliance; c) alternative remedy without inconvenience.
